The Canadian Adventist School Athletics (CASA) is a non-profit Christian sports ministry that was formed in 2013. The program is designed to bring schools together in order for students to participate in a variety of sports.
Each school year different Seventh-day Adventist schools throughout British Columbia, Alberta, and sometimes the United States come together to participate in various sports programs. Sports include flag football, volleyball, and some years soccer. Although the name suggests it is merely an athletic program, participants have stated that these weekends mean much more than the games that are played.
Aim
To instruct athletes in the ultimate goal which is to glorify God in all we do. (Colossians 3:17, 23; Romans 8:29).
Mission
CASA provides the opportunity for student-athletes to use their God-given gifts and talents to bring glory to God through competing in a Christ-centered and character-driven manner.
